CRITERIA

 

 Please ensure your charity nomination:

  • is a registered charity.

  • serves within the Greater Montreal area.

  • has been established for at least 2 years.

  • is not restricted to a specific religious denomination

  • is a small to mid-sized organization with an annual operating budget under $2,000,000 OR​ a small unique program, within a larger charitable organization, targeting a dire need

PROCESS

Charities must be nominated prior to the event nomination deadline.

 

Nominations will be vetted by our Leadership Team to verify admissibility, adherence to social cause, financial efficiency, program spending and beneficiary impact.​

3 Finalists are selected from the eligible charities. 

Non-elected nominations may be kept in our bank for future consideration.

Any charity that becomes the subject of a credible complaint, investigation, or concern—whether regarding its governance, finances, conduct, or alignment with our mission and values— may be deemed ineligible for consideration until the matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of the Leadership Team.​​
